Plain English summary: AlphaRank is a public market-call arena. When you make a call, your handle, thesis, asset, direction, conviction chips, timestamps, score status, updates, receipts, and leaderboard impact may be public. AlphaRank is not investment advice, not a broker, and not a trading system.
1. How these terms apply
These AlphaRank Public Record Terms ("AlphaRank Terms") supplement the LORE Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If these AlphaRank Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service for your use of AlphaRank, these AlphaRank Terms control for AlphaRank only.
By creating an AlphaRank handle, checking the AlphaRank terms box, publishing a call, moving conviction chips, submitting an asset request, updating a call, closing a call, or using AlphaRank, you agree to these AlphaRank Terms.
2. No financial advice, trading advice, or execution
AlphaRank is for public recordkeeping, game-like ranking, research discussion, and timestamped market-call proof. AlphaRank does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, trading, brokerage, exchange, custody, order-routing, portfolio-management, copy-trading, or signal services.
Public calls, leaderboards, best-call pages, scores, profiles, receipts, asset pages, and any related materials are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, short, hedge, leverage, or otherwise transact in any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and losses.
3. Public calls and public portfolio records
AlphaRank profiles are public portfolios. Your handle, profile information, calls, call updates, conviction chips, chip movements, score status, public receipts, and leaderboard placement may be visible to other users and the public.
AlphaRank is designed to preserve a public record. You should not publish private, confidential, sensitive, regulated, personally identifying, or third-party information in a call thesis, update, profile, or asset request.
You may manage or close calls and move conviction chips according to product rules, but managing a call does not erase the historical record of prior public activity. We may preserve immutable events, receipts, moderation logs, asset-review logs, and scoring records for audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling, product integrity, and legal compliance.
4. Scoring, leaderboards, and market data
AlphaRank scoring is intended to reward three simple things: bigger correct calls, meaningful conviction, and repeated correctness. Scoring formulas, liquidity gates, provider mappings, data sources, refresh cadence, leaderboard scopes, seasons, caps, and score versions may change over time.
Scores depend on market-data availability, asset verification, price-source quality, liquidity assessment, timestamps, provider uptime, and AlphaRank scoring rules. Scores may be delayed, corrected, capped, voided, replayed, or changed if data is missing, stale, wrong, manipulated, duplicated, restricted, or otherwise not suitable for scoring.
We do not guarantee that any asset will be scoreable, that any price source will remain available, that any score will be final, or that any leaderboard rank will persist.
5. Unknown assets and asset review
If AlphaRank cannot recognize an asset, you may be able to submit it for review. Unknown-asset calls may be public immediately but remain pending-score, receipt-only, or unscoreable until reviewed.
For unknown crypto assets, AlphaRank may require a chain and contract address. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted asset information. Submitting false, misleading, spammy, duplicate, impersonating, or manipulated asset information may lead to rejection, score removal, suspension, or other moderation action.
6. Moderation, voids, and public-record corrections
We may review, hide, restrict, reject, mark receipt-only, mark unscoreable, void, remove from leaderboards, or otherwise moderate calls, asset requests, profiles, updates, scores, receipts, and accounts if we believe they violate the Terms, these AlphaRank Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, product rules, data-integrity rules, law, or platform safety requirements.
Examples include market manipulation, spam, duplicate gaming, harassment, illegal content, doxxing, impersonation, hate or abusive content, false asset identity, misleading contract submissions, attempts to exploit scoring, artificial activity, coordinated manipulation, or attempts to evade moderation.
When practical, we prefer to preserve the public record by voiding score impact, marking a call as moderated, or showing a public status rather than silently rewriting history. Some content may be removed or restricted where required for safety, privacy, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
7. Acceptable use and user content
You are responsible for your AlphaRank content. You must not use AlphaRank to post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, private, confidential, or regulated information. You must not use AlphaRank to coordinate unlawful market activity or mislead others about assets, performance, ownership, or affiliation.
You grant LORE the rights needed to host, display, reproduce, format, analyze, moderate, score, rank, preserve, and distribute your AlphaRank content as part of AlphaRank and related LORE services.
8. Availability, beta status, and changes
AlphaRank may be offered as an alpha, beta, private preview, limited-access feature, or experimental product. Features may break, change, reset, or be discontinued. We may limit access, change scoring versions, reset seasons, migrate data, adjust rate limits, modify asset coverage, or change product rules.
ALPHARANK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES ABOUT SCORE ACCURACY, DATA FRESHNESS, MARKET COVERAGE, LEADERBOARD POSITION, ASSET AVAILABILITY, SERVICE AVAILABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT PURPOSE.
